because 2006 was a fucking ride in hell. actually, from august 2005 to december 2006 was probably some of my roughest times ever. i am surprised that i am not dead or in jail, kicked out of my house or better yet kicked out of school. furthermore, i am a true believer that even numbered years are worse than odd numbered years. granted, i could be wrong on this theory. but, well, 2007 will be better. i've gotten over myself and i've grown up. but because i don't feel like being all sentimental and gushy about a year in review, this seemingly stingy suvrey appears to fit my purposes quite nicely.
