Some drabbles for sins I haven't committed in the comm as yet, and for the seasons I've written less as well. Not designed as a set, though they don't actually contradict each other.

William the Bloody. Living large in the Old World. The Iron Curtain opened, and here he is again.
Spike's having a very good decade, thanks for asking. Since Samuel was dusted and Valentino burned (not to mention Angelus's long silence), he's pretty much the most famous vamp round here. Got the love of a beautiful woman, got the taste of Slavic blood in his mouth, got the rep as the only double Slayer killer anyone knows.
Now he's wondering whether 'triple Slayer killer' might be more fun.
Dru sees danger in his future. But Spike's on top of the world.

How does he do it? What's so bloody irresistible about Angelus? He's got that tasty blonde Slayer - shouldn't she be enough for one vampire? I wouldn't cheat on that little piece if I had her. Yet still he goes for Dru like a death-seeking missile the second he's back on the soulless side of the tracks.
I'm watching them; she's flirting, he's teasing. Can't believe I used to look up to Angelus. I thought he was cool. He's all legs and hair, like some slutty supermodel. So bloody obvious. No class.
And I wear black leather way better than him.

He went to see my Mom, and he could have done anything to her."
"All this is true, Buffy. And you're right to be angry with Spike. So… why didn't you just Slay him?"

Obviously, that's why I'm sticking round Sunnydale. Got to hang about the people with the cash, even if this demon town's a smidge inconvenient for a neutered vampire. Got to hang round the Slayer, and her tedious pals.
Someday, maybe, we could make a decent partnership, me and Buffy. She could pay me to help her out, no need for the Scoobies.
Is that a weird fantasy, for an evil vampire? I'm only thinking of the cash. Obviously.

She has taught Spike to enjoy basking in the sun. For a given value of 'bask'. And a given value of 'in'. The blackout curtains are closed; the sun is barely a glow in the air.
It is one of those golden breathless summer days, when the air turns to syrup and being horizontal is the only option. They are lying together, in their shared bedroom, purposeless and content.
Spike's hand is toying with her breasts, but without focused intent. This day is lazy, and they are both willingly caught in its spell, as long as the golden light lasts.
