New Computer
So, I waged a war with my previous computer. No body won. It died and I had to buy a new one. Took me a while (stupid Future Shop) but I've got one. Only thing is, now I'm on a desktop. It's odd.
Also, if I had waited (though I might, within the time frame allowed- return this one) I could have gotten a package deal with nearly the same harddrive- just with one more core processor. I've got a triple core now, if I'd waited one more day and gone to Best Buy instead, I could have had a quad-core. Live and learn. But hey! so far so good. With exception of when I paid 99 for FS to do the install and making of back up disks for me- they f*ed up the (freaking FREE) Norton install of all things, I didn't get the computer until two days after I paid for it (having to make about 4 trips just for it). Lame.
Oh well. The point is: I'm back.
