(no subject)
i had a dream that i was a yellow bird like the birds in disney cartoons...no specific type...just a bird. a yellow one. i belonged to a zoo and was very happy there and was friends with all the animals. the zoo, however, got a new animal. it was a t-rex. i could see the t-rex from my perch and the t-rex always stretched his neck to try to eat me so i knew we could never be friends....because he would eat me. so i went to talk to the zoo keeper about the problem and had to swim through a flooded subway station to get there and she agreed we should meet in a safe place, just so he doesnt eat me and we can talk. so we met at the bar at Steak and Ale and turns out he really liked science fiction books and symphony x and was obliged to not eat me at my request.
the next night i had a dream i picked out a tattoo spur of the moment and got it and then i realized that the tattoo i chose was solid black from my knee down to the middle of my toes, all the way around my leg and entire foot except for a small part which held the face of a greek statue. it was really hot out so i had to wear shorts and just walked around this neighborhood crying and crying and balancing on the curb until i came upon tyler mowry who i asked...is it really that bad? and he just looked at it and said...uhhh yeah it really is. so i cried some more until i decided i would just have to move far enough north so it was cold year around and everyone wears pants and never shorts.
the next night i had a dream (while i really was staying at a hotel on the beach in st. augustine and really was planning on getting up at sunrise) that i got out of bed and walked straight out onto the beach with deborah (who i really was with) and it was still dark but a light was showing in the horizon but all the sudden the moon came hurling from behind the ocean's horizon and was spinning like somone just threw it and it was huge and it flew through the sky and over our heads and landed in the dune behind us. then the ground shook and the sun flew from the horizon too but not towards us...more like someone was tossing it up and then it came straight down and a bunch of huge electric currents like lightening came zapping up out of the horizon and everything went black and i knew the world was over. we were still standing on the beach but i knew there would never be any light again except i could still see the white of deborah's eyes like in a cartoon.
then i woke up at 6 and really did go out onto the same beach in my dream and it was dark and then the sun came up and went black and the world ended. just kiddin. actually i sat in the lifeguard's chair for awhile and then found some starfish(es?) for the first time EVER and threw them back so the world wouldnt end for them and did some other stuff.
