Non-convention photos with my new camera ...
It occured to me that, other than the convention photos, I haven't posted anything else taken with my new camera.
Some very random photos taken before I went to Chevron 7.9, in a hurried attempt to get a feel for the camera.
One of mum's paintings in the living room, taken from the kitchen (so I was about 18 feet/6 metres from it) and under artificial lighting:
