I'm in a bloggy mood...
Considering that I missed a whole week of class last week, this week is actually going pretty well. I'm caught up on all of my Chinese homework -- I still have a quiz and a presentation to make up, but those won't be hard, and anyway my TA has given me until next week to do those. I have a semantics assignment and a psycholinguistics lab due, but the lab due date has been pushed back until Thursday so it's not even going to be late, and my semantics assignment is already partly done (I got a head start on it before I got sick anyway). I have a lot of stuff to make up for my prosody seminar, I don't know what, exactly, yet, but I'm leaving for it in fifteen minutes so I'll find out soon. Edit: Actually I have only a very small amount of stuff to make up for the seminar -- hurrah!
Been filling my time in between schoolwork and work-work with World of Warcraft (this is my fourth "ten day trial"...I need help...), Florence + The Machine, "A Bit of Fry and Laurie," lots of journaling, and of course fuel for my rampant Who obsession. I successfully converted blienky27 to Doctor Who and we have begun working on a couple of our other friends. The nerdiness quotient is rising.
My uncle, who lives out of state and whom I don't get to see very often, is stopping by for a visit in a few minutes, so I'm going to make a feeble attempt to make my messy dorm room presentable before he gets here. Derp.
