At the grocery store this morning, Ethan and I had wandered into the candy aisle looking for thin mints when we came upon an elderly couple having a spat over a bag of candy bars. If there is one thing I really enjoy, it's an old couple fighting.
Him: I'll take this.
Her: Wellllll, you really shouldn't be getting it! You eat too much sugar!
Him: .....
Her: Fine! Give it to me then!
Him: 18 cents a piece, do you believe that?
Her: Get over it. You want a candy bar, you gotta pay for it!
Her: (turns to me) I swear this man thinks he's still living in the 1930's.
Me: Hahahahahahaha!
