YUYA'S POV
I woke up early in the morning and quickly grab my phone to message a special someone.

Ohayo~
Its Saturday now wanna hang out? :D

I unconsciously smile after reading his reply and getting up my bed. I look at the clock from time to time but the more I wait the time slows down even more too. I decided to go out of the house early and walk around the neighborhood. While passing by a gift shop I saw a cute necklace with a penguin pendant and decided to buy it before going to the park where I told Sugi to meet me.
"Yuya", someone call my name. I notice the familiar voice to I faced him.
"Inori-chan"
"Yuya-kun, I'm glad to meet you here, I miss you too, you haven't called me ever since~" he said.
"Ohh, I've been really busy lately." I said.
"But you are free now~ let's go on a date!" He said enthusiastically.
"I'm not free now, I have to go", I told him quickly and waving a goodbye to him.
I met Inori-chan at the bar when the time I was still broken hearted. We date a few times but I don't really like him and I'm not serious in dating him so I easily forgot about him not until I saw him just now.
I went to the park where I and Sugi will meet and wait for him. Afternoon came and I saw him coming, I smile at him and wave so he can see me. When he saw me waving he quickly runs towards me.
"Gomen ne, I'm late", he said scratching his nape looking at me.
"No, it's ok", I assure him smiling.
We sit on the bench and keep chatting until night came. The lights of the park shine, and it's so beautiful since it's almost Christmas also the trees were decorated with colorful lights too.
"I have a present for you", I told him giving him a small rectangular box.
"What is this?" he asks blinking while holding the box on his lap.
"Open it", I said smiling. I was hoping he would like it deep inside though.
He opens the box and look at me with widen eyes before he smile.
"Kawaii~ arigatou Yuya", he said with sparkles in his eyes that I find cute too.
"You're welcome, i'll wear it to you", I hold the necklace and put it around his neck gently.
"It suits you", I said seeing him blush because of my compliment which I find very cute.
"But why did you gave me a present? It's not like it's my birthday and it's definitely not Christmas yet", he said making me chuckle.
"Yeah I know that. It's my thank you present for hanging out with me until now... and ..." I said but still not sure if I'm gonna say it to him now.
"And?" he asked looking at me.
I took a breath and then a soft music played around the park with the lights around us. And I think it's the best time to tell him, it's now or never. I gather all my courage first before telling him.
"I think I like you, will you go on a date with me?"
Everything around me became so silent waiting while waiting his answer, I'm so nervous to be rejected in the first place though.
DAIKI'S POV
I was surprised at the sudden question of Yuya making me quiet and speechless. I blink still looking at him since I know my mind can't still process the situation at the moment.
"Umm.." I began to mumble before looking down at my lap.
Seeing the box of the necklaces on my lap, Yuya's question suddenly sink in my mind but I still don't know how to answer him.
He really asked me to be his boyfriend! What... what am I gonna do?
I gulped before biting my lips configuring my feelings I have for him.
Do I like him now? or I don't?
Can I really try to be in love with him?
But I'm scared...
What if the same things happen like what happened to Yamada and I?
These questions are what running in my mind but I know I need to answer him quickly and not making him wait this long.
Also...
I really can't deny that I truly fell for Yuya the first time I met him.
This time I'll try to be in love again but this is the last time.
Kami-sama lend me your strength please.
After thinking for minutes, I decided to face him again and look into his eyes seeing the sincerity in it.
I gulped once again and a slow smile plastered on my face before I hold the necklaced on my neck that he gave to me.
"I.. I will go out with you, Yuya." I said smiling widely.
I felt a calm feeling on my mind and heart when those words come out of my mouth. It was like my mind and heart became synchronize in order for me to gave an answer to him.
I chuckle when Yuya got stunned and was only staring at me.
"Yuya? Daijoubu? Oi!" I laughed while waving a hand in front of his face.
"You said yes right?" he asked dumbfounded making me chuckle again.
"Umm, yes? You want me to take back my answer?" I asked tilting my head to tease him.
"YES!!! I mean! No! Don't take it back!" he said making me laugh.
"Hai hai~" I said smiling widely.
"So.." he started saying slowly holding my both hands but I can feel him shaking while holding my hands.
"We are boyfriends already right?" he asked with a very wide smile on his face.
"Yes~ so you should calm down now or else I will take back what I said to your question~" I said before leaning to peck his lips.
I noticed him became surprised at my attach before strong and large arms hug me tightly.
"I'm so happy right now! Thank you~ I swear I'm gonna treat you better than your ex and will treasure you with all my heart", he said while hugging me tighter making me smile wrapping my arms around him also.
"I know you will~" I mumbled on his shirt hugging him very tightly.
"Okay it's night already I will walk you home", Yuya said letting go of the hug but not my hand.
"Okay, I think so too or else my Mom would nag me", I said chuckling before standing up holding the box of necklace with my freed hand.
"Alright since it's Sunday tomorrow will I gonna see you again?" he asked standing up too before he squeezes my hand.
"About that, I can't see you tomorrow. My parents are strict so we have this tradition to spend Sundays with family every week. Probably on Monday, we can hang out after school." I said smiling before pulling him to start to walk to my house.
"Really? Okay then, take care tomorrow. I'll just message you then", he said making me smile.
"Alright~" I answered before talking with him about random stuffs while we walk side by side and hand by hand to the path where my home is located.
It was so fun because it makes us know more about each other. We may be a new couple but I know sooner or later there will be struggles but I will hold dearly at Yuya's promise for me. About not hurting me and taking care of me.
I know he is different with Yamada but still I can't help but to over think those things.
I stopped walking when my house can be seen from three houses away where we are currently standing.
"Yuya, I can manage from here~" I said facing him.
"Eh? You sure? Is this your houses already?" he asked looking behind me.
"Yes yes my house is that, also my parents can see you and probably scold me. I will introduce you to them but not now okay?" I said softly smiling.
"Ah is that so? Okay I understand very well but please do take care I will wait for you to get in the house from here." He said cupping my cheeks.
"Okay take care on your way home too even if you live nearby to me", I said chuckling.
"I will I will~ Jaa see you on Monday ne?" he said before leaning planting a very soft and gentle kiss on my lips making my stomach flutter.
"Un~" I said smiling widely before stepping away from him.
"Bye bye Yuyan!" I said before running to my house after I called him with the nickname I thought off.
I giggle after running upstairs and to my room hugging my pillow tightly like a girl.
Today is so much fun. I'm gonna remember this date. October 17, 2015.
I smiled widely when I heard my phone receiving a message from Yuya.

I got home already Sugi. Sleep already okay? Oyasumi~
I smiled widely at his message biting my bottom lip while typing a reply.
To: Yuya
You too, sleep already. oyasuminasai and sweet dreams! ^_^

I blinked at the last phrase on his message but it made me feel butterflies in my stomach.

Me too~ :*
I quickly turned off my phone after I sent my reply. I was worried since I'm only starting to love him but he already said I love you to me which made me feel happy but nervous at the same time.
That night, before I slept all I thought was Yuya but somehow remembering what happened that day makes me so happy.
