Monday cometh, and I'm the same weight

Well...still 190 ..another plateau..but I'll take it after being 195 for months! Also got pms so i might be actually less just holding water...

The weekend wasnt really that hard diet wise. I did notice that a couple times I was stressed the idea popped into my mind to go on a binge, but I said to myself "thats stupid"..so I didnt! Yay me!

Ive also noticed I want to eat when I get irritated too. Its like food is this calming agent for me..Its such a crutch for me.

Saturday I went shopping (with my gift cards in hand..remember..I'm a broke bitch!) I tried on clothes and was pleased to find out that I can fit in an xl womans shirt! This means..I can get some clothes in the regular sized (albeit the largest size in that section) departments! I cant tell you how much this means to me. For years I have had to shop at Lane Bryant, or other large sized stores, and just felt so limited. When I did go into a regular store that doesnt offer plus sizes like lerner, or NY & co...american eagle, abercrombie, etc...i felt like all the people in there were watching me thinking...."whats she doin in here???" I didnt feel like i'd ever be able to go in there and buy their stuff. I feel like I'm back in the real world now...

Speaking of large ladies clothes, what the hell is up with the designers? i was in Kohls the other day looking, and I swear to God, everything either had sparkles, big ass flowers, or a nautical theme (now come on..if your large do you really want to draw attention to the fact by glittering yourself up? Or displaying large pink petunias across your wide ass? Or go round lookng like a displaced sailor?) If I knew how to draw or sew, I would definately look into becoming a designer for plus sized clothing. Theres definitely a market out there for it..The frustration level of being overweight is enough, but when you cant find decent stylish clothes to fit you, its even worse.

Thats all i can write today..I'm off to my wonderful job. :P
Take care all
