swollen lungs+mucus+heart rate skyrocketing= panick attack
ok, so im dying as i type this..
my sickness has hit me in a very BAD way...
its moved to my lungs now, and is now triggering some very scarey and serious asthma atacks...very scarey...like im about to faint and or have a heart attack...the lack of oxygen is making me not think to sharply...i saw the phone, wanted to grab it to call my mom...but i still couldnt find it for a second...my heart starts thumping like crazy, my chest is so tight...i cant get a satisfying breath of air...and i panick to find my inhaler...
i cant move out of the position im in or my heart goes nuts and my chest tightens up again...have to really struggle to get my breathing in check so i can relax...
i deserve every litle bit of this
i would be dead right now if it were not for salbutamol...for real...thats fucked...
1st alarming attack was at alissas house when i was leaving
2nd was when i got to carhole and was about to leave...was first panick attack triggering one
3rd got home, while talking to alissa on msn
4th as i got up to try and go to bed and meditate...didnt get far
came back here, as the position im in seems to ease the muscles in my chest...im supporting my myself with my armson the keyboard and elbows on thighs...
just had another mild one while typing the "subject"
i should probably head to the bed and try some meditation
