Mary's Idol
Mary's Idol Competition starts Tuesday and I'm so excited! Mary's Idol is a Karaoke contest at a local gay bar. Keep in mind that I'm straighter than an arrow, but a lot of my high school friends are gay and I really enjoy the community, so I hang out there.
There are a total of around 50 competitors at the moment. Waaaay too many. And quite a few of them don't have much in the way of vocal talent, so wading through them should take a bit. But it's an excuse to sing and remember what stage presence is all about.
