I daresay I can protect myself - or arrange matters so that a prospective attacker's attention is elsewhere - but if it will put you at ease...

I would also like to offer my services as an illusionist to cover our retreat - I doubt I can make the entire population of the building invisible, but I could perhaps direct Jing and Mint's attention to an illusory double of the group for a short time. I would need to know something of the nature of our defenses, however. For instance, would this barrier we will be travelling under mask our sounds? A purely visual illusion is, as you can imagine, somewhat easier to maintain.

Hm ... I think I could make it mask the sound to anyone outside of it, yeah; it's forged out of sound's power, after all.

If necessary, once everyone's in Mui, if anyone goes after them, would you be able to use your illusions again to offer some form of protection?

Then perhaps I could create the illusion of a second, identical group headed in another direction - towards the arena, for instance. If our attackers are unaware of our destination, it might cause at least a few moments of confusion.

Possibly... Some of the illusions I am capable of creating can mesmerize a foe, although I doubt Mint or Jing will be effected for long. More promisingly, a few spells create illusions that are partially real. If I can draw on the plane of Shadow here...
