News here report about possible car bomb. Gouverment square is blocked off, buildings are badly damaged, windows blown out in a huge radius. One person confirmed dead so far. But it is odd for terrorists to strike during summer vacation, on Friday afternoon when many have gone home for early vacation. Does not make sense.
