The speech banquet was incredible. I was trying so hard not to bawl, but that plan failed miserably. Today in school was completely pointless. I watched Cats and Dogs in Spanish, "reviewed" protractors in Math, watched the To Kill a Mockingbird Video in English, Said hi to MR. VICTOR in Dance, watched presentations in Computer Apps, and did ABSOLUTELY nothing in Science with Brooklyn. Brooklyn and I walked around the school for about half and hour and got yearbook signing entry passes, found a condom, and went to Public Speaking. I saw Family Guy for the VERY first time in Public Speaking today. I had no idea that babies and dogs talked on the show and that I would be so amazed by such stupid jokes. I underestimate Television. I spent the entire rest of the day with Brett, Bryan, and Christine at the mall, CPK, and my house. I have never really done a lot on Fridays... because I have no life, and usually watch artsy documentaries and spend quality "family time", but "family time" needs to die. I had so much fun... and on a FRIDAY. I got tickets to The Fray in July, I'm so excited! I WILL LOOK BACK ON TODAY AND SMILE. I need more days like today. They will now be referenced as "smile days"!
