2006, a good year indeed
Since I haven't posted anything in a long while, here's what I did this year:
What did the year of 2006 entail for you?
1.) Where did you ring in 2006?
Party hopping in Seattle with Stacy, drinking the "Champagne of Beer" :)
2.) What was your status by Valentine's Day?
Single, and I celebrated!
3.) Were you in school (anytime this year)?
Nope, can't say the same for 2007 though...
4.) How did you earn your keep?
Started the year as a manager at The Limited, then became a receptionist for a small check processing company, now I'm their customer support person :)
5.) Did you ever have to go to the hospital?
Nope, *knocks on wood*
6.) Did you ever encounter the police?
Lol, long story short, I was in the car with my friend Joyce when we got pulled over by a hottie, he thought we made an illegal left turn, but we set him straight, and he appologized profusely :P I *swear* I didn't flirt my way out of the ticket ;)
7.) Where did you go on vacation?
San Fran in March, I love that city, didn't stay nearly long enough.
8.) What did you purchase that was over $500?
2 things:
-Rent for my room in Seattle (over $500 each month and worth every penny)
-My new car!
9.) Did you know anybody who got married?
Not that I can think of... probably someone I'm forgetting...
10.) Did you know anybody who passed away?
No, *knocks on wood again*
11.) Have you ran into anybody you graduated high school with?
A lot, some people who claim to have been my friend in high school, but I'll be damned if I can remember who they are :P
12.) Did you move anywhere?
Back to the Emerald City! It's fabulous
13.) What sporting events did you go to?
2 Seahawk games and numerous Mariner games
14.) What concerts did you go to?
John Mayer, *swoon*
15.) Are you registered to vote?
Yes
16.) If so, did you do your patriotic duty on Nov. 7?

Seattle
18.) Describe your birthday.
Worked during the day, partied like no other that night... good thing I took the following day off...
19.) What's the one thing you thought you would never do but did in 2006?
Moved into a house with 4 boys, 5 actually for a month or so.
20.) What is one thing you regretted this year?
Not seeing Stacy in Korea. I promise that as soon as I win the lotto, discover a gold mine, or write a worldwide bestselling novel, Korea is the first place I'll be! And if you're not there anymore when all this happens Stacy, I'll pay for your trip back :P
21.) What's something you learned about yourself?
A lot.
22.) Any new additions to your family?
Not the immediate family.
23.) What did you do for spring break?
Didn't have one since I was no longer in school, unless you consider jury duty a "break"... ick...
24.) What was your favorite month?
August for purchasing my car and my birthday, November for running my half marathon.
25.) What was your least favorite month?
January because I was sick through most of it, and March when Stacy left.
26.) What from pop culture will you remember 2006 by?
From working in retail for 2 years, I can tell you ladies, skinny jeans only look good on supermodels.
27.) How would you rate this year with a scale from 1 (shitty) to 10 (the shit)?
It started out as a 5, but shot up to an 8/9 over the summer and has staying power.
28.)Where do you plan to spend NYE this year?
Not sure on the location, but there will be lots of good friends involved.
29.) Any NY's resolutions?
This year I checked the half marathon off my list, 2007 it will be the full marathon, just you wait and see :D
