Maybe almost all of you know from Miki or Namiko's journal, but for people who do not know, I write about Pre-Deparure Course. Students who are going abroad from this fall have to take Pre-Departure Course, and they have to pass it if they want to go. I'm going to Canada from this fall, so I'm taking it. My classes are Introduction to Cultural Anthropology, Small Business Management, and Issues in Comtemporary Japanese Society & Culture . Students of nIntroduction~and Small~is all Japanese, and students of the other class is international students and some Japanese.
First I thought business was on the other side of my field, but thanks to the class, I realized I liked business ! I have the class tomorrow, so I'm very looking to forward to it ;) I have to write an essay about 3 companies that I like the best &the reasons due on Tuesday. It's fun to think of it!
Issues ~is also very interesting! The class is mainly for international students, so it's a little hard for me (how fastinternational students speak!), but it's very very interesting to hear what do non-Japanese think about Japan&Japanese people. From the next class, we will have discussion. Each group includes one Japanese and some international students! Up to now I don't have international friends in the class X(, so I hope I can make international friends ;)
The day before yesterday, miki, namiko and I went to mari's house because the day was the last day we could meet. (mari will leave Japan soon X( ) we talked and talked and ate and ate and played and played and played cards! loll we had a great time <3<3 It's sad that we cannot meet mari face to face for one and a half year, but I wish she will have a wonderful time in Australia and I'm sure she will have!;) anyway, I really really enjoyed the day before yesterday<3
yesterday and today it snowed (下雪了 in Chinese, and 雪が降った in Japanese. in this case, English "it snowed" is the most simple, isn't it??lol) in my city. So I brought my umbrella with me to university which is in Osaka, but it was very sunny in Osaka! My friend who lives in Osaka said to me, "why do you bring your umbrella with you?!?!" I was embarassed...lol
now it's time to take a bath. Bye!
