today is the doll's festival day!
actually, I didn't celebrate that day last and two years ago. but I realized the importance of celebrating the Japanese traditional events thanks to LJ! I wanna introduce Japanese culture to friends living in other coutries<3
but to tell the truth, I took my doll out a while ago lol I didn't have time to take it out because I had two exams this week and I had to study X( I wanna watch it tommorow and the day after tommorow, but I have to put it away tommorow to marry early because if a girl puts her doll long after the doll's festival day, she will marry late! I should stare my doll today lol
my doll! mine is small one because when I was born, my family was living in a tiny, small house, so it was impossible to buy a standard one. but I love it!
A song of the Doll's Festival plays when I turn the gold knob just above"family"
not mine, standard one. I've watched this type of doll in my friends' house, it's very big! so always the Japanese tiny house becomes much smaller during this season lol
me and my doll. I'm soo Japanese, I can't help making "peace sign" with my left hand lol but woo, I'm so ugly (--;)
