I just found out that there's another alto player coming to jazz band next semester. The second part is already doubled and I dont think Hill would double the first. This means "Damn, I'm in a tight spot" Either he's gonna switch me to a different instrument, or I just won't make the band period, and I'm at a damn community college. If I can't make it here how in the hell am I ever going to make it at a University.I'm practicing my ass off but this guy has just been playing longer than me. I don't know maybe there's hope. I did get seated one chair ahead of him in concert. everything sucks.
