(no subject)
I don't really know much, but what I do, keeps my mind going.
This last weekend was probably the greatest 3 days of my life. I not only got out of the texas environment and hotness, but I got to go back to Ohio. The weather was cool and for about half the time it was drizzly. If you had known me while I lived up there, you would know that I absolutely disliked those conditions. I loved them when I was up there though. :)
Not only did I get to have a scenery change, I more importantly got to see the people I love... Max and my friends. Many great and wonderful memories play over and over in my head, making the moments that much more special. 3 days is too short... I realized this when I had to go back to the airport. . . I cried.
First day back to classes and it's just the same ol thing. Although it was interesting trying to learn 10 charts in marching band without really going over them one by one. It was a beautiful day for marching though... almost my ideal beautiful day. There were a few things missing that weren't available to this area though. You win some, you lose some.
I am now at least .7% more geeky. I now am a proud owner of a D20 that is black and red. :) It just so happens that I carry it around with me just about everywhere too... but what can I say... I love dice!
The nice thing about this week is the fact that I only worked tonight and I'll work tomorrow, and then I'm off for the rest of the weekend. :) Yay. I get to spend time writing papers and studying for a music literature test... :\
I'm still up and it's late... I guess there's a lot on my mind... Instead of posting the thoughts, I'm going to rahter let them gather in the simmering pot and see where things lead to. Only time will tell, and until then, I'm going to have to say goodnight/good morning, for I am tired and need sleepz.
