Something on My Mind? or The Things You Hear That Can Hurt Others

You know what's wierd, when you know something, and you want to tell someone badly, but you don't think they won't listen, or think you have an ulterior motive for it. That's why I might not be able to tell someone something that could hurt them, cause it could all come back in your face. Then you have to deal with people giving some confidence in you, nad it's like, who is more important, the person who trusts you or the person hurt by it?

This is a conflict which is too common to me, but should I tell that person? Your answers shall guide me
