letting the freak flag fly
I would like to thank everyone for a wholly inspirational time this 'end in the ash' land. I have now listened to the song "almost cut my hair" by CSN&Y about 20 times in the past two days(that may be hyperbole).
On friday i fullfilled my dream of doing a complete robby-Z show on wksr. Meaning I played only Bob Dylan tunes for two hours. I have been taking more and more liberties in the studio; fewer commercial breaks and not doing any more live reads.
Early on durring my show, I recieved a visiter in the studio. It was a nostalgic Kent State Alum, now a NHL commentator (now a minor leauge baseball because of the strike), in search of a college memories.
Before he left her told me to "hang in there."
Later on, another WKSR dj came in and noticed that i liked '70's music.
