shows around here usually suck
so friday, i was so excited about lx3, and then everything got so fucked up. fuck! i ran home to get my power supply for my keyboard (which i thought was with everything else but when all the shit got moved around for relatives visiting someone misplaced it) and then when i came back they were already done. FUCKING SHIT
!! i cant express how angry that made me! why they couldnt wait another 5 minutes for me since im in there band. it wasnt even a matter of "we had to start right away because the cops came and said we only have till 8 30 now" because the show went way past 8 30 anyways... and there was no structure. joke bands are supposed to have humor but not "this is a free for all and this is just people coming onto stage doing non sense" being that brent megan and kamil were all on stage screaming or some shit...and to top it all off brent was laughing at me for being late. fucking jerk.
the rest of the show sucked. not because i was in a bad mood it just sucks. downers grove sucks. i hate this place and i hate this shitty scene. i can only give little hope that it will get better... theres something everyone needs to learn its called walls surrounding a mosh pit!! you dont fucking run away when people start moshing, you make walls so they have something to bounce off of. therefore any mosh was just kids running into each other in a spuratic heap. next trike show...if any moshing occurs, im going to ttry and make sure these kids do it right
after the show random restraunts and 2 grill cheese and a mint chocolate shake at steak n shake..
and then stefan came over and i talked to him for a while about shit, he was going to spend the night but no one was anwsering at his house so he went home right away worried.
