Thinking out loud...
I've got the clothes packed. The toiletries. My share of the booze. Some dry goods (strawberry milkshake oreos, 'smore fixins, a notebook, plastic flatware and a pack of cards). Two copies of directions are written out (as our printer doesn't work). I've made three mix CDs for the trip. I need to pack an extra memory card and the camera battery charger, and some pens for the poetry game. Catette will be here at 4:30 with a cooler, then we're going to the grocery store to get whatever else we need. I must remember to put my veggie dogs and ice cream sandwiches in the cooler. I also need to make sure I have my pills. Around 6, I am picking up Cam and Pochi (her dog). Amy and Dawn are meeting us at the apartment complex, and following us up to Monterose. It's about a 3-hour drive, so we won't get there until night time.
In addition to food, I need to get paper plates/cups at the grocery store, and sunblock.
The weather is gorgeous today. I hope it holds out so we can take the boats out on the lake. Three of us have also agreed to go skinny dipping in the lake. I've never gone skinny-dipping before. Being naked around people who are thinner than me makes me nervous, but I'm not going to let that get in the way.
