It amazes me that, no matter how many times I shower or bathe, Lupin is always very concerned for me when I'm done. He stands next to the bathtub and meows pitifully.
The last time I was at Target, I picked up some new shower gel: Philosophy Waffle Cone. The scent brought back a lot of childhood memories (because, after all, my parents own a restaurant that could be considered a glorified ice cream stand). I started using it around the time I got sick, and I ended up with little red dots all over my skin. Now I don't know whether they're from the shower gel or the fever. I've been playing it safe with my Bath and Body Works for a while and the dots have gone away. I'll have to do a spot test to see if my much-hearted Waffle Cone gel is to blame.
If it turns out I am not allergic, I am going to spend waaaay too much money on Philosophy's website. They have Red Velvet Cake shower gel, and red velvet cake is pretty much my favorite thing in the world. They have Hot Cocoa, too. Mmm. Rebecca wants Vanilla Birthday Cake. Shower gels that smell like tasty baked goods, please!
Tonight, I have a date with the laundromat. I simply cannot delay it anymore. We need to wash our towels and bedding. But in order to have room for said towels and bedding, I may need to remove what is practically a wardrobe of dirty clothes from my car. I might as well wash them at the laundromat, too. But I don't want to get too ambitious. Meh. Rebecca and I have joked about becoming polygamous: we'll keep bringing home the bacon, and enlist a third wife just to clean up our shit. Any volunteers? We have a nice couch bed...
