Car insurance; fuckers
I am not pleased with my insurance company (ERIE). Rebecca crashed my car in May of this year. MAY. About a month ago, I received a call from my agency asking if Rebecca had her license yet. I said no, that she was taking lessons with a professional driving instructor and no longer driving my car. They asked when she'd have her license, I said I had no idea, as she was taking it slow and trying to get comfortable with driving. They told me that since we live in the same household, I would have to inform them when she was licensed. Okay, whatever, no problem. Two weeks later I got THE SAME FUCKING CALL with the same questions and warnings about telling them when she was licensed.
Okay, motherfuckers, she's not going to get her license in a week.
Today, I received a piece of mail informing me that for as long as I have insurance with ERIE, Rebecca cannot drive my car and I cannot add her on to my policy even when she gets her license. They paid all of $2000 dollars to fix my car and probably a similar amount for the car she hit, but for fuck's sake, they've been insuring my cars since I could drive, so they've still made a profit off of me.
So... yeah. I'm looking for new insurance. Anyone have any recommendations? ERIE sucks hairy donkey ass balls.
