life has only just begun
so, in case you didn't know, i got a new job. now i'm working at the san fransisco coffee house. well, more accurately, i'm working at both locations. one is in the virginia highlands next to the post office, and the other is on north highland, next to soul v.
it's a pretty sweet gig, let me tell you.
i get paid $7/hr while training, and probably $8/hr from then out. also, the other night i closed and took home $35 in tips. not too shabby.
my boss is this crazy old hippy/rock guy. his name is doug, he owns the place(s). today, i went downstairs to the storage area of the store and doug was downstairs blasting ozzy, drunk. he then proceeded to pull out a guitar and shred along with zakk wylde. no big deal.
at the end of this week, i'm moving into a new place. it's off n. decatur and briarcliff, near emory. my roommate is this girl pamela. she's very cool and very easy to get along with. i'm stoked about it. i haven't had my own room in like, two years or something.
i really want to learn to play drums. i think about it every night when i'm falling asleep.
if you actually read all that, i like you, even if you don't like me.
p.s. - anyone want to sell me a street bike for cheap?
