(no subject)
i must say. i thoroughly enjoy overhearing snippets of conversations on the campus of jcc. here are some issues that (as a result) have caused internal debate within myself:
* other countries should "give us their gas" vs. maybe america should focus on consuming less (NOT my opinion, by the way. i love spending $100+ on gas every week and i'll gladly continue to stuff the pockets of rich, white men until the day i die.)
* is it possible for an idea to be "gay"?
* "son of a bitch"-when pluralized, why do some insist on the grammatically incorrect "son of a bitches"? how does this make sense to ANYBODY?
"higher learning" is supposed to be higher than what, exactly? aye.
