This morning I woke up just achy and sore. Everything hurt. Instead of taking something and taking a shower, I decided I would work out. So, I went downstairs and started up the Wii fit. I will admit I didn't do as hard a workout as I have been because of the stiffness, but I did quite a few things. And afterwards... wow... I feel so much better. My body feels stronger, more relaxed, stretched out, and just overall better.
I truly love the wii fit. I have motivation to do it, and I see immediate improvements in my body's reaction to the world.
Not to mention... the weight loss is a great self-esteem boost. Since August, I have lost 25 pounds. I'm not sure if I have a goal in mind, or if I am just making slow improvements to my life and am going to see where I rebalance, but as long as I am feeling better, I don't really care.
