Morality Tale: Know the number to which you text
I received a text message on my phone earlier...
"today nov 4,u wil get somethin u have been waitin 4 from ur bf,gf,or crush send this2 10 people or da opposite will happen!"
I replied with: "Who is this?"
Later, I receive another text from the same number.
"FWD: FWD: Rate me... 1.beautiful 2.gorgeous 3.sexy 5.cute 6.whens my hook up 7.i wanna go out with u someday 8.fuck buddy 9.funny 10.best friend 11.cool"
I call the number, and the conversation went something like this...
"Hello?"
"Yes, this is (my name) and I just received two texts from this number. Who is this?"
"This isn't Danielle? Who is this?"
"No, it's not Danielle. This is (my name). Who is this?"
"It's Daniel J."
"Daniel J***?"
"Yes."
"Daniel, you've been texting your science teacher, not Danielle."
"OMG, I thought this was Danielle."
"No, it's me. Would you please stop texting me?"
"Um, yeah. Sorry."
"Oh, and Daniel?"
"Yeah?"
"I don't want to go out with you either."
"..."
