I'm not going to lie, the first day was the worst.
I love these kids.
Except the baby is really clingy with his parents gone. So everytime I put him down he starts bawling. Normally he is the most happy, calm baby I know of.
Oh well.

Last night after the baby went to bed, I was laying on the futon with the older boys (6 & 7), reading stories and doing "favorite and least favorite parts of the day."
And I loved it. We turn out the lights and I layed down-we were having a "sleepover" in their parents room-and Matthew(7) starts questioning. EVERYTHING.

"You know Savannah, there's just SO much about our world that we don't know! Like, what if we are really aliens? NOT the kind you see in movies and stuff. But, I mean, how did we really get here? We really only know about 7 percent of all there is to know in the world. And everytime I get one answer, a thousand more questions arise..."

I'm telling you, we talked about God, the Bible, dinosaurs, how crystals are made. And 1,000 more topics.
I do love these children.

BUT-I am sure glad their parents are coming back TOMORROW, and I still don't want kids.
