Turns out "liquid happiness" isn't just something going for a street price of $5 these days. It is also a beer with may or may not contain a) ecstasy b) zoloft or c) crack. Mighty delicious though. Has a tinge of cider to it.
My heavens is Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow a horrible movie. And when I say bad, I mean painful like eye surgery without anesthetic. Gweneth Paltrow may be the worst actress ever in the history of ever. The green screen clearly confuses her, apparently she didn't read the script, and her personality brings to mind all the vitality of a sloth. I have never seen anyone less afraid of being crushed by giant robots in my entire life. To be fair, the reason I saw this movie is because it has Angelina Jolie in it. She has 5 minutes of screen time, but is clearly a pro at acting with things that aren't there, such as a set or a plot. And I also saw it for the eye candy known as Jude Law. Soo sexy, but actually not that sexy in this movie. Thumbs down. Two of 'em.
