Sweet. What immune-boosting power do oysters have btw?

Also, I heard of a guy who did an experiment with his coworkers and found that 50mg of zinc per day (proactively) dramatically reduced the rate of illness during flu season.

Oysters are basically living zinc. :) I think two oysters gives you like a day's worth, as well as many other nutrients like calcium, magnesium, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, potassium, phosphorus, iron, and Vitamin B12.

I'm definitely getting sick, which sucks - it won't be as easy for me to make it out to Whole Foods for more oysters as this cold gets worse. But I bet they're shippable... :)

Couldn't I just take some extra zinc to make up for the sex?

Also, sex while sick has lots of pain-reliving side benefits.

Clears my sinuses everytime. The pain relief isn't long-lasting enough for me, though.

I can't imagine how beneficial zinc is actually carried away from your body by orgasm. Not sure I believe that one.
