today is the kind of day where spring and summer are at war. sunny followed by strong winds with a downpour then warm sun again. after a cycle or two of this the ground keeps it's warmth. steam rises from the asphalt even as the rain falls again. it's the kinds of day meant for staying in bed with your significant other. crawling over one another again and again. warm. wet afternoons.

listening to the wind pull on the leaves and branches all the while lingering between deaths as the steam rises from the ground outside.
