This is me wiping ICS out of my mind. This is me not talking to anyone who went there last year except for Christine Hall, Hanno, Rossie, Ally, Ben, Stephen, Beth and Jenna. This is me feeling more free. This is me feeling better and cleaner. This is me leaving it all behind.
