hmm... actually, let me back up some. monday night i worked from 7pm until 7am tuesday (aka. this morning). i came home around 8:00 and decided that i'd sleep and then go deposit my m&e check and cash later so that i could pay off my bill and get some gas. but then...
jessica came home from work around 12:45pm and woke me up all frantic sounding. what had happened was that someone broke into our house. while i was asleep upstairs. creepy, right?
they cut out the screen on the front porch window and climbed in that way. they apparently ran out the back door because it was wide open when jess got home. at first we thought nothing was missing, so we sat around while i got up the energy to travel to olive garden. unfortunately when i grabbed my purse my wallet was missing. sure enough when i checked online my 5/3 debit card had already been used like ten times at gas stations. crappppp.
in conclusion: my phone is shut off. i guess i'll get it turned back on later this week.
ooh! time for the good news! i feel as though the Lord interceded on my behalf. for serious. i mean earlier this week i had taken my checkbooks out of my purse to balance them, my nano fell out in my car so it got tossed on my bedroom floor, and my m&e check for $80 wasn't in my purse either. so all that's here with me, safe and sound. hurrah!
