February. So, I'm missing a few months.
I was trying to find some information about the technology here, and I was told to speak to the mechanics but the problem is I don't actually know who any mechanics are. I was given one name - 'Bulma Briefs' - but whoever can answer my question(s) is fine.
1. Primary question is, what's the voltage here?
2. Where is there working electricity?
I arrived with something from home, and I don't want to plug it in if the voltage is too high and damage it.
Also, is there a list of exactly which apartments are free? It'll be a pain to go around knocking on every single door just to see if there's an empty one.
There's no-one here that I know. Well, no-one's said anything, so...
