Hm, if you express to a girl that you like her and you have feelings for her and let her know that she could have you and that you want her, count on not ever having a relationship with her.
But if you tell her you'll call her, then dont, and you act like a total dick to her then send her really mixed signals, she'll fall in love with you.
If you take her out, pay for everything, hold her hand, and give her a kiss goodnight, she'll tell all her friends about how lame of a date you were.
But if you take her out, make her pay for her own ticket, let her make the conversation, seem passive about everything, she'll want a second date.
If you tell her the truth and let her know everything about yourself, she wont be interested at all, don't do that.
If you create confusion about the situation and act passive about the feelings she has for you, count on her really falling in love with you....
