Troooooooophy FTW
Well, the more astute, or obsessed, amongst you may remember that I won the Cambridge County Champs for Magic: the Gathering last December. Well, after a lengthy break to get my name engraved on it and to sort out shipping problems, it finally arrived today and I have it up on my shelf above my desk as we speak : ) It's a beaut.
I'm also proud because last weekend marked the first success England has had on the international Magic scene in years, with fellow Cambrensian and all-around nice guy Sam Gomersall taking the top prize (and $2,400) home from Grand Prix Hasselt. I'm proud of my country's players for finally getting out there and doing well at all this :)
