Recommend a friend meme my thread So, let's see, what's been happening in the last week?
I got a bunch of tests back. Lowest score was Human A&P Lab Exam in Histology with a 90, then Sociology with a 92, next up was Abnormal Psych with a 94, then I got a 100 on the lecture exam for Human A&P.
Had therapy on Wednesday. Biggest idea that stuck with me:
I'm generally preoccupied with either the future or the past. When I'm stuck in the past, I'm depressed-thinking about the future, I'm worrying and anxious. Rarely do I get depressed or anxious in the present moment.
Mindfulness may be the key to combatting my biggest fear right now, mood swings.
To do: write up how my friends deal with me being depressed/anxious/in a bad mood
