I have final exams this week, it sucks in ways not comprehended by humans. I'm studying Science II right now, which of course is nothing you would care about, just watch the mood of this entry. But I can take time off to put some of the topics I am supposed to study for tomorrow.

Atmosphere:
1. Explain the relationship between pressure, air density and altitude (p. 396,397)
2. Describe the atmosphere layers (p. 402-404)
3. Identify the six types of air masses (p.440)
4. Compare the different sources of weather forecasting data (p. 454)
5. Describe changes taking place in a gas due to temperature, pressure and volume (notes)
6. Solve numerical calculations using Boyle´s Law, Charles´ Law, Combined gas and Ideal gas equations.
7. Explain why equal gas volumes contain the same number of particles under similar pressure and temperature conditions
8. Solve stoichiometric problems involving chemical reactions with gases
Hydrosphere:
9. Explain the difference between permeability and porosity (p. 329)
10. Describe underground water regions (p. 330)
11. Relate the structure of water molecules with their physical and chemical properties (p.318, 319)
12. Explain hydrogen bonding and how it affects the physical properties of water.
13. Define the terms solution, aqueous solution, solute and solvent.
14. Describe the solvation process.
15. Difference between a strong and a weak electrolyte.
16. Describe three factors that influence solubility rates.
17. Explain the difference between saturated, unsaturated and oversaturated solutions.
18. Define molarity and make numerical calculations.
19. Define molality and make numerical calculations.
20. Explain why solutions have a low vapor pressure, a high boiling point and a low freezing point
21. Calculate the freezing point depression and the boiling point elevation of an aqueous solution with non-ionic solutes.
Lithosphere:
22. Know and list the properties of soil (p. 247)
23. Describe the mechanical and chemical causes of soil weathering (p. 239-243)
24. Identify the structure of organic compound functional groups.
25. Applying IUPAC rules, to name some organic molecules: alkanes, alkenes, alkynes and alcohols
26. List the characteristics of a substitution reaction.
27. Name reactants and products in an addition reaction.
28. Learn the relationship of alcohol, aldehyde, ketone and carboxylic acids in oxidation-reduction reactions.
29. Describe the characteristics of a polymer formation process

Yeah, so fucking cool.

Edit
I got a 27.5 out of 30, rawk on.
