If they've talked (and you want them on here), reply here and I'll add a little blurb about them. This is half 'cause I know people like seeing there characters on posts like this, and half because I like to remember who Snow knows.
(As far as colors go, It's the traditional rainbow + black scheme. Red is love, be it family/friend love or romantic love. Black is hatred. Red/orange/yellow are positive, green is neutral, blue/purple/black are negative.)
Chie Satonaka

A gal Snow can get along with. Maybe not quite like he gets along with Kairi, but the girl knows her stuff, and Snow's impressed. On Day 1, Chie was schooling him on where they were at and how to battle, and it was sheer luck that let him win that first battle at all.
Unfortunately, they haven't exactly talked much (at all, right?) since that first battle. Their journeys as trainers seem to have taken them in different directions. But maybe they'll meet again on the battlefield someday?
MACHOP: Tomoe is the first pokemon he met after getting stuck with Snow, and thus was Machop's first chance to prove himself. It's likely that Tomoe's always gonna make Machop competitive, both being fighting types and both being enthusiastic about battle. Either way, Machop respects Tomoe's valiant effort in battle.

Clair Leonelli

He hasn't talked to Clair more than once, so he doesn't have a ton of opinion on him. He thinks he's an alright guy? Maybe a little pessimistic--Snow's kinda iffy about how their conversation ended last time, on the topic of Clair's friend killing himself. Snow doesn't know he caused Clair's breakdown, and he'd feel cruddy if he did. =/

Firion

They had a pretty nice talk on the way to Violet City. Firion seemed to have felt the wrath of Franziska as well, so that gave them something in common? Really, they didn't talk all that much, so Snow doesn't have too strong an opinion on Firion quite yet, but he'd enjoy talking to him again sometime. (Anyone who calls Snow 'brave' or any other heroic quality is good in his book. =|b) Plus, he's pretty impressed that Firion's Lapras seems to be managing on land.
MACHOP: Is slightly intimidated by the size of Wild Rose, but thinks he could take her.

Franziska Von Karma

Franziska's... a little crazy, not gonna lie. She's like Lightning from back home, but louder and more violent. Still, Snow's pretty sure she hates him mildly less than she hates most other people, and he's figured out how to get along with her most of the time, so he's traveling with her to do damage control with the people she doesn't show mercy on. He also gets the feeling she's more troubled/hurt than she lets on, so he's made it his goal to slowly get her to trust him so maybe he can help with that.
Being a hero doesn't just cover fighting bad guys, after all.
MACHOP: Has no opinion of Franziska, but is slightly irked by Cubone's constant bonings thwacks with her bone thing.
OVERALL: ♥ (even though they argue like it's ♥ sometimes.)
Heather Mason

She entertains him. She seems pretty chill, and she thinks his name's cool, which is a plus one point for Heather. He's still waiting to hear back on whether she wants to trade her Growlithe or not--though really, he was only offering because he knows childhood issues can be rough, and if Growlithe reminds her of those, it'd probably be a big favor to take him off her hands. He... doesn't actually want a Growlithe. They seem kinda overrated.

Kairi

Snow considers Kairi one of his first genuine friends here. Sure, she's probably like fifteen tops, and that's a little younger than the friend pool he usually fishes in, but... Hey, he gets along great with Maqui back home, and that kid's like twelve. Either way, he could kind of tell they were gonna be friends from the start. They've both got that same chill, competitive energy... And to be honest, Kairi kinda reminds him of a slightly younger version of Serah. Whom he gets along with excellently, of course.
He fully expects to beat her to the beach, but half wants to give her an "accidental" lead, because fff he likes it when his friends are happy.
MACHOP: Is neutral toward Tiamat, maaaybe slightly considers her a friend because the silly Dratini was so sweet to him at the beach.

Matthew Williams

...This guy sure is timid, for a full-grown man. He thinks Matthew's nice and all, but needs to grow a pair. Still, Matthew seemed willing enough to help Snow out on day one, so he's giving him props for that.

He doesn't know what to make of this guy. Edgeworth seems nice enough, but Snow's heard Franziska rant about him enough to have a bit of a skewed perspective. Either way, Edgeworth is one of the few people who seems to recognize and sympathize with who/what Snow's traveling with, which is refreshing. And since Snow wants to learn more about what's going on in Franziska's head, the conversations with Edgeworth are somewhat enlightening.
He knows, though, that he confuses Edgeworth with the level of faith he has in Franziska. He's not sure quite what Edgeworth thinks of him in regards to that, but he's pretty sure 'idiot' or even 'masochist' are on the list.

She's one of the few people he genuinely feels like he annoys. Which is weird, because even Light doesn't give him that vibe anymore. But he's not gonna give up! He'll keep talking to her until she tells him to gtfo, 'cause that's just now Snow works. :D Besides, she doesn't seem to think he's a pest all the time. Sometimes, they get on just great. Oh, and he likes her Vulpix. It seems to have a sense of humor.

Snow gets the feeling this kid's a hero in the making. He's only talked to him once, but Sora seemed pretty chill, but confident at the same time (much like Snow himself). That, plus the fact that they agreed on pretty much everything, left a good impression on Snow.
He'd be more than willing to talk to Sora again, since it was refreshing enough the first time, but he doesn't exactly know the kid, so he can't say they're friends yet.

He's kinda glad that he broke the ice in the conversation they did have (when he earned a real smile), because it feels like maybe this might sort of be the foundation for some sort of alliance, if they run into each other again.
She did burst his bubble about Machop being unique, though. >_>
