Two weeks ago I e-mail the Artist Development Rep for Interscope about getting into Next Big Thing this Saturday. He tells me that Universal does not usually do ticket buys, but he'll see what he can do. A week ago he e-mails me and asks me if I wouldn't mind going to a Rob Zombie listening party this week in Y'Bor for him and checking it out. I say I don't mind. Yesterday I get a phone call from a higher up to let me know that he is express mailing me an all access pass for this Saturday. The music business.
