Anyway, so uhmmm.... yesterday was the campfire con fireworks. It was pretty awesome. AU (The group Harris is in) returned from the black hole known as Eastern Kentucky and I saw JAcob... who somehow managed to get poison ivy in his eyes.... he looks Asian. Its lolacious.
Last night was also staff tie-dying but for the first hour it was pretty much just me, Sarah (from New Zealand, not loltastic Sarah), Hannah, Mandi, and Jamie sort of floated around a bit. And it was all of us listening to Of Montreal which Sarah and Hannah fucking LOVED. I made two tie-dyes. One from a wifebeater I stole from Harris's room and another from a tshirt some kid left at the pagoda earlier this week. Mickey's cat is on the chair next to me. He's a rad kitty. Anyway, my hands look so ridiculous. Its like I just came from the burn ward or Chernobyl. What makes it funnier is the fact that they kind of look like gloves, like theres a line of dye that just ends after my first knuckles. I lol'd.
Today is the Fourth of July, but we're not celebrating it because Shabbat is tonight. Doesn't matter to me, today is the day where I get to practice my insane sense of patriotism. Not many people know that, but I'm like super patriotic. I just hide it really well. I'm not like a flag waver or whatever, but like if you seriously insult the United States and the values we've established in the Constitution or our history or whatever, I'll fucking go off on you.
I warned Eran (one of the Israelis) of that, so watch out motherfuckers.
