Peter could hardly believe he'd done it, but he had. He asked Gwen to marry him.
That hadn't been his original intention in going to her room in the compound, but somehow he found himself asking her The Question anyway. While they were talking, he had just been hit by the revelation that he couldn't imagine Gwen not being in his life and that he wanted to spend his life with her. The question, then, had been inevitable. Since she had accepted his proposal, they now had a lot of things to do, the first of which would be to tell family and friends.
And so, having left Gwen's room not long ago, Peter set out to find those he cared about the most to share the good news...and to ask a favor of one or to of them.
