so i'm driving back to school from endicott after dropping my sister off. i'm on 95/128 and what do i see? an suv with a mannequin strapped to the roof, arms sticking straight up. must say, it scared the crap out of me at first but then it was frickin hilarious. who carries a mannequin on the roof of their car?
