From the
Round-Up: For the first time, Olivia is on her own, without her twin. She's with her cousins, Grant and Haven, though, so she's not too worried. Haven also convinced her girlfriend, Angie, to room at their dorm, while Grant is hoping that he might be able to visit his girlfriend, Skylar, even though she's now graduated and back home.
small event: Party! have some sort of party at your house and all invite all your friends
big event: nothing - the week goes on like normal
Here's our lovely twinless Olivia. She'll major in physics - she's a fortune sim who wouldn't mind finding an actual well-paying career.
Since Haven loves the outdoors and is an eco-friendly sim, she's much more interested in biology and figuring out what makes people and things tick.
Grant is all about people and thus became a psychology major, but he's a little more interested in his long-distance girlfriend than his studies.
And Haven's girlfriend, Angie, is a history buff who mainly chose the major because why not?
These twins are a little too close at times. There's a wall in between them that I put down to take this picture, but they're still in the same bathroom grooming at the same time. Boundaries are good, you know.
See? Grant would much rather study his quasi-girlfriend than his homework and books.
But he cares about his family too! Or maybe he just wants some advice for surviving college from his big sis.
Olivia needs to keep herself occupied for now since she doesn't have any relationships or twins to keep her company.
Olivia: Yep, my twin is much better than Haven's twin. *is totally biased*
These two are definitely occupied by young love.
It's good to see that Olivia is still making adorable faces! She might not think Grant is as good as her twin, Owen, but she enjoys his playing.
Angie is not going to be upstaged by her girlfriend's brother or their dormmate, though...
First engagement of the week! She said yes, obviously.
And they celebrated with a romantic dance while ignoring a dancing llama.
Um, I might walk away if I were you, Olivia.
Creepy eyes aside, though, Olivia is a bit lonely and decided to call up Andre Perry, who's at another house at Sunset Bay University. They immediately head to the hot tub, of course.
Ah, young adult hormones - aren't they adorable?
Andre is quite taken by Olivia, apparently.
Haven: And you complain about me.
Um, pretty sure this isn't your room, so stop complaining.
There is some actual studying going on, despite all the romantic shenanigins.
Your friend? Way to claim your son, Joel.
Do I want to know what you're gossiping about? And you do realize who you're talking to, right?
Their PDA is interrupted by the always-playing piano.
See? Piano > streaking student.
Angie: Can you please go away?
Streaker: *thinks* I wonder if her girlfriend would leave her for me.
I don't think you're doing the best job of capturing her attention. Maybe if you were playing the piano?
And Grant finally got fed up with no loving of his own, so he called Skylar over in Sunset Bay proper, and of course she came to visit.
Haven is not here for twin-ish PDA, though, so she's off to class in her PJs.
Grant didn't get much time with his girlfriend before he had to think about his studies, though.
Haven is not one for term paper writing, apparently.
So, instead she turned to the TV, because of course.
Grant: Why is this chick from high school trying to talk to me now? I'm a big man on campus now!
Sure...
Time for some twin-ly bonding.
Haven spent a little too much time playing chess, though, and was stuck walking around with a claw for a hand for a few hours.
Aw, someone misses her daughter!
Seeing family members interact is definitely one of the most gratifying things about BACCs.
After Angie headed off to class, Haven began bonding with her future mother-in-law (and still has her claw). Luckily, Britta was more interested in Haven's good grades than early-onset arthritus.
Isla might be a bit of a bully, but she seems to miss her various victims/quasi-friends. I think she's just afraid she's going to be a teenager forever.
Haven spent some time playing with Britta, but then she left and Andre, who was probably visiting Olivia, took her spot. He looks quite confuzzled.
Also, it's good to see that Britta seems to be getting along with one of her ex's many children and the half-brother of her own children.
She's less charitable twoard the llama, though.
Haven may be in love with her girlfriend, but she still spends plenty of time bonding with her brother.
They'll have to start bonding over the phone, though, since it's now...
...graduation!
Before they all leave, though, it's time for one last family meal. He invited his girlfriend and Angie's older sister, Remy, also showed up to celebrate her sister graduating.a
Remy was a bit distracted by Skylar, though - and she seems to forget about her own beau, Percy, who is waiting for her at home...
Grant is oblivious. And smelly.
You're lucky you're cute, Remy. Just don't forget about that engagement ring on your finger.
Heart-fawning aside, this party was a dud.
Skylar is quite popular at this party.
YOUR FIANCEE IS RIGHT THERE, ANGIE! Although she might be admiring Skylar as well...
Grant is ready to grow up so that he can marry his girlfriend and try to ward off all the unwanted advances
Olivia is on her own, but we'll see if that changes once Andre is done with his university years.
Angie and Haven quickly found a cute little house to call their own. Grant joined his twin initially, but he mysteriously wasn't in the family portrait. Hmm, I wonder why...
Notes:
- As I mentioned when I played the Taylor-Davis household, Olivia will be a few days younger than her twin now, but whatever, they're in different households, so I really don't think it matters that much.
