The Perry Family I: Week Three

Jul 20, 2015 12:51

From the round-up of Week Two, this is what happened in the Perry household last time: At the beginning of the week, Britta broke up with her new boyfriend, Craig, even though she was pregnant with and then gave birth to his twins, Angie and Edison. Remy grew up and was a bit traumatized by catching Britta in bed with her father, Joel, which led to the birth of Giselle.

After a lonely week (excluding her growing brood, of course), Britta is starting to reach out to other people in town.

She has to take care of her children a well, though, so it's storytime for little Angie, who is fascinated by the adventures of a little stuffed bear.

Poor Remy has a glitchy haircut and grades that aren't up to her personal best.

Or maybe they are - at least, high enough to interrupt the story of Little Bear driving a race car without a license (unless they give out licenses to stuffed animas, in which case I'm never driving in a Sim world).

Looks like Remy is going to have some playmates now!

Wow, Edison is very excited to go to school and use a real toilet.

Here's Edison.

And Angie - she definitely takes after her father.

Britta took out a loan to buy this adorable little flower shop, Blooming Petals.

She hired Darcy Wills, a townie that I assume I made at some point.

It was a tad awkward when Joel showed up, but he was a good customer.

His wife, on the other hand, was a little more difficult to sell to.

Um, what are you two doing? Jules is right behind you!

Seriously?!
Jules is scaring me right now...

I take this as a sign that Britta changed her mind about the six children thin - which is good, because I am tired of dealing with all these children with only one adult in the house.

Besides, Britta has enough children to partially ignore. Britta, look down on at the floor.

Giselle grew up and is adorable.

Darcy, what are you doing?

Darcy, this is your boss's house! You are so not getting a raise!

At leas the business is still succeeding, whether the employees are helpful or not.

Remy grew up - not her wonky hair, though.

*headdesk*

I gave Remy a makeover, but it wasn't all that successful...

That's better, ish. She's gorgeous, even if her hairstyle doesn't seem to work well.

Aw, Remy is such a good big sister - definitely a Family sim.

Oh, the life of a child is just so difficult.

Ditto for toddlers.

Look who grew up and is possibly meeting her father for the first time! Well, at least Jules isn't around for any more romantic drama.

It was a bit of an uneventful week for the Perrys - just a lot of growing up and business-maintaining. Remy isn't in the picture because she's with her father's family for the weekend. And that's it for the first Perry family this round!

Notes:
- Giselle will be visiting her father starting next week - the other Perry household already had enough toddlers and I didn't want to deal with moving a toddler, so Remy went alone.
- The older Britta gets, the less sure I am about her finding new love, but if she continues insisting on it in her wants, then I guess I'll have to find her someone - not Joel. That was ACR 100%.
