While I was making these, I got a little confused. I almost thought I had started making icons for the next episode - I guess it's just that so much has happened lately, that my mind has jumbled it all up. Crazy stuff.

Wow, what an episode. It's crazy how I can flip on Supernatural and within 5 minutes, my eyes can be swimming in tears. Seriously. That scene with the fireworks was just amazing - I was so moved by it that I was inspired to draw it. Hopefully I'll push myself to finish that. When and if I do though, I'll be sure to post it here so you guys can see it.
My heart continues to break for Dean, but as I was going back to make these icons, I was really happy to see Sam smile, even though it was such a heart breaking episode. I'm sad that Sam's memories were so different than Dean's, but I'm not mad at him. Even in season 4, when he was doing what he wasn't supposed to, I never hated Sam, I just kept shaking my head at his decisions. The way I see it is, I don't ever hate them, sometimes I just hate what they choose to do. And in this case, with the memories, it just boils down to, it wasn't Sam's fault, but I can understand why Dean would be angry. I was rewatching "Lazarus Rising" today, and when I heard Dean say, "It's okay, Sammy, you don't have to apologize. I believe you." my insides ached. How I wish Dean would say that now. I heard someone else say it somewhere else, and I agree, I never thought Sam would be the last one to have faith.
My gosh, Dean's face when Castiel gave up... it's sad to think that Dean had more faith in Castiel than in Sam at that point. It's like it was what he was holding on to, and then it was pulled out from underneath him. AND HONESTLY. I think the amulet has been way too important up to this point for it to be thrown away now, so I hope that Sam pulled it out of the trash.
