mini update.
First, I want to say thank you to kristypadalecki , lotroth , and beckytheelf for the v-gifts! Thank you sweeties!! It's been a while already, so sorry about that. *HUGS*
And second, I just want to say that I was so deeply touched by your responses to my last entry. You guys are amazing. When I typed it up last night, I wasn't really thinking, just rambling and looking for an outlet. I got some very nice responses before I went to bed. Then, this morning I checked my journal and I had a few more comments and I began to skim over them, and the next thing I knew I was tearing up. I love you all so much, I really do. Funny how I'm listening to "Friends" off of the New Moon soundtrack at the moment - how fitting. Anyway, I always tried to support my f-list whenever they were in need, so it was a first for me to feel like you all had my back, and it just feels so wonderful that I don't even know how to express it. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. *pulls you all into a group hug*
Now on to the actual news. My grandma was doing worse this morning and it was finally decided that there was no point in wondering what was going to happen anymore. Basically she was coming over to the states whether she liked it or not. Luckily my aunt got permission to come along with her in the ambulance even though her card was expired. She's spending the night with her now. It's just good to know that she had company on the way over, and just the fact that she's in a hospital's care makes me feel loads better on that part alone. She was in the ER most of the day, and just a bit earlier in the evening, she got her own room. It's good cause now more people can visit her room instead of just one. I should be going to visit her with my brother and mom tomorrow morning. It turns out that she did have a pretty good amount of fluids in her lung. Poor grandma :( who knows how long it had been building up. But my mom hears it shouldn't be a difficult process, so hopefully it all goes by fast and without any problems.
It's been a long day. Gonna stay up a bit more, but I have a feeling I'm gonna crash pretty quickly tonight.
