it's about time.

My TV Guide Magazine just came in today, haha. I can't wait to see what's on TV for December! *snort* Seriously though, they must have had a ton of orders. I couldn't find a copy in stores, so my sister ordered one for me. I usually stay away from most spoilers, and I had skipped over most of the article back when the scans went up, but I couldn't help myself with the actual magazine in my hands. This makes me eagerly await Supernatural's return! Won't be long now.

Anyway, Christmas was nice. My sister got me a 1000 piece puzzle of a painting of Cinderella's transformation. It was fun. Now we're kinda on a puzzle craze. We're working on some of our older ones until our new one comes in from Amazon at a whopping 1500 pieces. I can see myself going crazy already haha. But it's all good - another way for me and my sis to bond. Here's a pic of the Cinderella puzzle completed. Isn't it pretty?

She also got me Kurokami (Black God) the animation. I had been reading the manga and had been really enjoying it, though I'm a bit behind on the latest volumes. Anyway, I definitely wasn't expecting this. It's been a load of fun to watch so far, and I can't wait to see how it ends <3 Haha, the poor dear ordered the DVD's a little too late and she was worried they wouldn't get in on time, so she went out and bought the puzzle as a back up just so I could have something for me to unwrap on Christmas Eve. Isn't she sweet? The DVDs did manage to arrive right on the 24th though. Lucky me. It's really badass to see Kuro kick some ass in animation form.

So at 11:59 on New Year's Eve, I went out to the living room to wish my parents a Happy New Year and the front door was slightly open. My dad was standing outside staring at the sky. I ran out and some of our neighbors across the street from us at the corner were setting off some fireworks. They started off really pretty, then they just became jaw dropping gorgeous. I've never been to a fireworks show or anything special, but these were just amazing. They must have been crazy expensive cause I had never seen anything like them. I'm still kinda mad at myself for not taking my camera out with me. I got a few shots of some behind our house, but I missed out on the best ones to capture. None were mine though, I was just watching everyone else's :'D LOL Here are some of my better ones.
